DOWNLOAD PROBLEMS
If download link is not active this means that work you want to download is offline on deviantART or other site that host this stuff. But from this post you have some information that can help you to find and download proper files. You know the title of this work and author, so you can always go to DeviantArt.com and ask/search author about his work. You can also use Google and paste there work title, maybe you will find proper download link or any information there. Good luck.

When you find something that is not on Internet you have info about title and author so you can use Google to search for another place where you can find the stuff.
